It's time for a change! Access to power in the developing world, urbanization, proliferation of electric vehicles and energy enabled innovations such as indoor agriculture have made safe, sustainable and scalable electricity a basic need of modern life. As electricity demand rapidly increases, we are still not doing enough to increase energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. Even with forecasts predicting that 50% of the world's power will come from wind and solar by 2050, we can do better by delivering power from these technologies when the wind isn't blowing and the sun's not shining. The answer is simple, increased energy storage. Then why is the challenge so complex?
